This is Loverboy. I’d heard some of his stuff through the usual places and to me it was always just pretty good. Then about a day ago, something happened. I stopped seeing stuff as just ‘pretty good’ and started seeing it as ‘totally awesome’. Coincidentally, Loverboy’s new track, hot off his soundcloud is exactly one day old. Trimming some razor sharp vocal samples from James Blake’s Wilhelm Scream, Loverboy has turned this moody little gem into a groovy, head-dipping number with a deep, disco vibe.
